Introduction
Every studio, every single 3D artist has his own way to see the production.
Here we just want to try to establish one of the possible ways to work.
This way to work will include software descriptions, workflows, plannings and everything that can help a team to create a 3D movie.
This production workflow will be public and available to anyone that wants to use it.
We will provide all the tutorials, e-learniong tools, forums, servers etc... needed to work with this specific way.
The rules, techniques and all that will be defined here will be part of a complete process used in the real world.
All contributors will have the chance to give their advice to build a common standard.
For example you may say that, it's better to unfold UVs before to start rigging and skinning.
This idea will become a proposal. The question will be discussed until an agreement is reached.
After it is done the needed documentation will be generated, this way to work will become standard.
Not anyone will be able to talk in all the forums.
There will be groups, experts and moderators.
There will even be a group that will discuss about which groups we need to establish. This talk is really open and will work in a highly democratic way.
Many of the forums will be public for reading but most of them will be created by professionals with solid experience.
It's obvious that this process will take time.
There is no pressure, there is no productions involved so it's the chance to produce a good standard.
For now there is an empty help center that needs to be filled...
Do you want to contribute to it?....
I think it can be very interesting to have all theses talks and deabate about our job.
Many websites are talking about tricks, scripts or contain tutorials about different softwares.
Not so many about the job organization and wrokflows.
